The Empowered Perimenopause Program is for women who are on their (peri)menopause journey and are ready to embrace and explore this powerful transition in an intimate setting.

Whether you're looking for practical or emotional support, lifestyle changes, or physical practices to help you thrive, this program offers the tools and guidance you need to feel empowered and confident during this important life transition.



By the end of this program, you’ll feel more connected to yourself, and embrace the changes with more ease, by having a deeper understanding of yourself and the transition. The program will empower you ro create a lifestyle that supports you through menopause.

1. Stay Grounded and Rooted

30 January | 18:30 - 20:30

Discover and explore more about yourself during this time of change. Learn powerful grounding techniques to manage stress, improve sleep, and restore inner peace.

2. Flow and Change

06 February | 18:30 - 20:30

Build emotional resilience, manage anxiety, physical strength, and flexibility, to move through this phase with greater ease.



 

3. Awakening and Light

13 February | 18:30 - 20:30

About Me being in perimenopause:

A few years ago, I found myself in the emergency room with heart palpitations—sent there by my GP.

After two years of tests with heart specialists, I knew it was linked to my hormones. While I felt supported as a heart patient, I didn’t feel heard when I suggested it might be a symptom of perimenopause and hormonal changes.

This experience led me to explore what was happening in my body and eventually inspired me to train as a Menopause Yoga Teacher under the renowned Petra Coveney from the UK—an absolute expert in her field.

Through this journey, I learned so much about this phase of life and made key lifestyle changes.

Adjusting my practice helped calm my heart palpitations and reduced my tinnitus almost to zero.

Experiencing these improvements firsthand—and realizing how little I knew despite working with women for so many years—has fueled my excitement to share this knowledge with you.
